- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
- Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all social media efforts are aligned with the overall marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and leverage influencer partnerships to promote the brand
- Create and present regular reports on the performance of social media efforts
- Proficiency with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
